Attacks like the one on Iran’s Bushehr nuclear site must never happen again, and the world needs to discuss avoiding a moment where nuclear weapons, even in a limited way, would be used, says Director-General of International Atomic Energy Agency Rafael Grossi, welcoming the news of the U.S.-Iran ceasefire.
